Dr. Rocafort has come to Denver, Colorado from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, Dr. Rocafort received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN and his Bachelor of Natural Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico.
Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification for Chiropractors at Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWCC) MN. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP) and in 2013 he finished the International Chiropractor Sport Certification (ICCSP). In 2016 he started his Diplomate in Sport Chiropractic Medicine. He is also certified in Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Upper extremity, Lower Extremity, Spine, Nerve Entrapment and Masters Course), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master, he has also finished Level I, II and IV of Spine Research Institute of San Diego specialize in whiplash and spine injuries. Dr. Rocafort has a few Nutritional certification. On 2007 he completed the Certification Program of Nutrition. He is a candidate for CCN Certified Clinical Nutrition. On January 2014, he finished the Sport Nutrition and Performance Certification. He is able to offer a comprehensive array of treatment options at Maximize Life Chiropractic.
Dr. Rocafort has been honored with the 25 On the Rise Award from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for the Twin Cities, MN and Siouxland distinguish citizen by Siouxland Unidad Latina. In matter of one year of practicing in Colorado Dr. Rocafort has been awarded as Top Denver Chiropractor 2015, 2016 and 2017, America's Best Chiropractor for 2015, 2016 and 2017, Patient's Choice award 2015, 2016 and he was award with 10 Best American Chiropractor Patient Satisfaction 2015,2016 and 2017. In October 2015 Dr. Rocafort has been award as Who’s Who of Chiropractors in America. In 2016 Dr. Rocafort was selected as Best Chiropractor in Denver by Expertise.
He has worked with athletes all around the USA in events like the Iron Man (triathlon) and National Track and Field Championships (2011-2015). He was selected among the few to work the Olympic training Center for a few weeks in preparation for future participation as a doctor for the Olympics. He is the former treating chiropractor for the Sioux City Explorers (Independent Baseball Association) and Sioux City Musketeers (United State Hockey League). Dr. Rocafort has been the treating chiropractor for Crossfit Omnia team at the Crossfit Games 2016. He also holds active memberships with the Iowa Chiropractic Society, Nebraska Chiropractic Society, Colorado Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Association, America Chiropractic Association Sport Council and American Chiropractic Society.
His special clinical interests include pain management, acupuncture, sport injuries, myofascial treatment for repetitive injuries, extremity adjusting, nutrition, and spinal rehabilitation. He also has great success with motor vehicle accidents and work injuries by reducing the healing period of an injury. As a Hispanic chiropractor, he looks forward to providing his expertise to a large population in Denver, CO that may not have had the opportunity to experience the difference that chiropractic can achieve in an individual’s well being.
